Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at YQ Cards. We take pride in our premium 3D pop-up greeting cards and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or customized cards
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at zoeyxiang3@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

International Orders

For international orders, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs or duties fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
